TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Service Provider Identification
These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between the user and:

2. Purpose of the Service
Zynvio is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that allows businesses and freelancers to manage their business activity, including, among others:
- Invoicing (including VERI*FACTU-compatible systems)
- Accounting
- Customer and supplier management
- Inventory
- Payroll and human resources
- Time tracking
- Business analytics
The service is provided through online access via a user account.
3. Acceptance and Validity
Accessing, registering, or using the Platform implies full acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms shall remain in effect as long as the user uses the Platform.
PIXELARIS S.L. may modify them at any time, notifying users through the Platform or by electronic means.
4. Registration and User Account
To use Zynvio, the user must register by providing truthful and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials
- All activities carried out from their account
- Reporting unauthorized access
PIXELARIS S.L. may suspend accounts in case of fraudulent use or non-compliance.
5. Nature of the Service (VERY IMPORTANT)
Zynvio is a technological management tool.
It does not constitute:
- Tax, accounting, labor, or legal advice
- Administrative or professional consulting services
The user is solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of the data entered
- Reviewing the information generated
- Compliance with their legal obligations
6. User Verification Obligation
The user must verify before any official use that the data generated by the Platform is correct. This includes, among others:
- Issued invoices
- Accounting records
- Tax returns
- Payroll
- Working time records
Especially in relation to bodies such as the Spanish Tax Agency or other administrative or judicial authorities. Using Zynvio does not guarantee automatic regulatory compliance.
7. Error Notification
The user agrees to report any error or incident detected as soon as possible to: support@zynvio.com
PIXELARIS S.L. will make reasonable efforts to correct such errors, without this implying liability for resulting damages.
8. Acceptable Use
The user agrees not to:
- Use the Platform for illegal purposes
- Enter false or fraudulent data
- Attempt to access third-party systems or data
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Overload or compromise the infrastructure
Non-compliance may result in suspension or cancellation of the account.
9. Service Availability
Zynvio is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PIXELARIS S.L. does not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted availability
- Absence of errors
- Operation without interruptions
Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or external causes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIXELARIS S.L. shall not be liable for:
- Errors in data entered by the user
- Incorrect use of the Platform
- Tax, accounting, or labor non-compliance
- Penalties, fines, or legal liabilities
- Business decisions based on the Platform
- Third-party failures (Tax Agency, providers, etc.)
- Data loss or service interruptions
The total liability of PIXELARIS S.L. shall be limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
11. Data and Privacy
Data processing is governed by:
- General Data Protection Regulation
- Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection
Zynvio acts as:
- Data controller (users)
- Data processor (user's client data)
The user guarantees that they have a legal basis for processing the data they enter.
12. Intellectual Property
All software, design, code, and content of Zynvio is the property of PIXELARIS S.L.
The user obtains only a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited right of use. The following is prohibited:
- Reproduction
- Distribution
- Reverse engineering
13. Plans and Billing (if applicable)
Use of the Platform may be subject to payment plans.
- PIXELARIS S.L. may unilaterally modify prices and usage limits of plans, unless a specific agreement between both parties limits such changes. Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
- Services will be billed according to the contracted plan
- Non-payment may result in service suspension
Beta Features
- PIXELARIS S.L. may implement features marked as "beta", which are generally offered free of charge to users.
- The inclusion of a beta feature in the user's current plan does not imply that it will be maintained in said plan indefinitely.
- The use of beta features will not entail any additional cost for the user.
- Beta features may become part of a separate paid plan in the future.
14. Termination
PIXELARIS S.L. reserves the right to unilaterally suspend, deactivate, or cancel any user account in the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms of Service or the Legal Notice
- Fraudulent or abusive use of the Platform
- Security risks to the Platform or third parties
- Illegal activities, including but not limited to: corruption, bribery, money laundering, terrorism financing, or other activities contrary to applicable law
- Any other use that PIXELARIS S.L. considers contrary to good faith or the purpose of the Platform
Suspension or cancellation may be immediate and without prior notice when the severity of the breach so warrants. The user may cancel their account at any time.
15. Service Modifications
PIXELARIS S.L. may:
- Add, modify, or remove features
- Update the Platform
- Change technical specifications
Without prior notice when it does not substantially affect the service.
16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to:
- Courts of the user's domicile (if a consumer)
- Otherwise, the courts of the domicile of PIXELARIS S.L.
